Helping people achieve their real estate goals is more than my profession-it's part of my purpose.
I have been involved in real estate since 1993, beginning a real estate journey that has spanned more than three decades, multiple markets, and many seasons of life. Along the way, I've learned one of the most important lessons in real estate: it's rarely just about the house.
Real estate often happens in the middle of life's biggest changes-the D's of Life. There are joyful ones like Diamonds, Diapers, Diplomas, and Dream Jobs. And there are difficult ones like Divorce, Downsizing, Debt, and Death. A marriage may mean two households becoming one. A new baby may mean a growing family needs more room. A new job can mean relocating across the country. Retirement may bring a decision to downsize. Divorce, financial hardship, or the loss of a loved one can suddenly leave someone facing difficult decisions about a property they never expected to make.
I've experienced relocations and major life transitions myself, and those experiences have shaped the way I approach real estate. I understand that what's happening around the transaction can be every bit as important as the transaction itself.
That's why I don't believe my job is simply to sell houses.
My job is to listen, understand what's really happening, help people see their options, and develop a real estate strategy that helps them move forward.
As a Realtor®, GRI, SFR®, and real estate investor, I bring decades of real estate experience together with local market knowledge, pricing and negotiation skills, an investor's perspective, and experience navigating both traditional and challenging property situations.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've loved for years, relocating, downsizing, investing, inheriting a property, or dealing with a difficult real estate situation, you don't have to know exactly what the solution is before you call me.
That's what the conversation is for.
Because sometimes the house isn't really the problem-or even the goal. It's simply part of a much bigger life story.
If it involves a house, a dream, or a problem to solve, I'm interested.
